At Korean Driver, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below before making a reservation.

Cancellation by Customer

-100% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

-50% refund for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

-No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

-No refund will be provided for no-shows or failure to arrive at the designated pickup location.

Flight Delays & Changes

-Airport pickup services are coordinated based on the flight information provided during reservation.

-In case of flight delays, our team will make reasonable adjustments whenever possible.

-Please contact us immediately if your flight information changes after booking.

Service Availability

-In rare cases, reservations may not be confirmed due to vehicle availability, operational issues, weather conditions, or unexpected circumstances.

-If Korean Driver is unable to provide the requested service, a full refund will be issued.

Custom Routes & Special Requests

-Custom routes, long-distance transfers, or special services may be subject to separate cancellation conditions depending on the reservation details.
