24 ∼ 72 hours before departure

Eligible for a 50% refund.

Preparation and operational arrangements may already be in progress during this period.

Less than 24 hours before departure

Non-refundable.

No-show or late arrival

No refund will be provided for no-shows or failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time.

Participants are responsible for arriving at the meeting location before departure.


Tour Changes or Cancellations by Organizer

Tours may be adjusted, rescheduled or cancelled due to:

-Severe weather conditions

-Trail safety concerns

-Insufficient participants for departure

-Unforeseen operational circumstances

If a tour is cancelled by the organizer, participants may be offered:

-A full refund

or

-An alternative date (subject to availability)

Weather Conditions

Light rain does not always result in cancellation.

Tour operation decisions are based primarily on participant safety and trail conditions.

Custom & Private Tours

Cancellation conditions for custom or private tours may differ depending on planning requirements and itinerary complexity.
